Has anyone received any “little gifts” this week or last?
Havent received a little gift in 3 months since the last test I made a withdraw of what they consider their money, nor have I won any jackpots even though I have deposited more then I withdrawn at the time. It’s the punishment game and it goes on and on.

@Baustin1223 Cashback is a benefit added at the discretion of our marketing team. I do see however that you were awarded a point drop last week.

Yeah I was feeling like the games all tightened up ever since I withdrew. They have more than made that money back since.

These are sent out at random by the marketing team, we have no knowledge of when they are sent out unfortunately.
Is there a customer service member we can ask about this and why? I use to feel appreciated with the “little bonus gifts” , more than the other casinos I play at so I stayed active on here the most. But not having received one for over a month says a lot to me…
This isn’t customer service, its marketing. They do still get sent out but are at random to groups of players, we don’t know the criteria exactly, but it will have to do with gameplay as to who receives them.
Nope. Use only received them maybe 3 times ever, right after creating my amount. Haven’t had anything but bad luck and losses for months now. No gifts.
Seems to be the common thing, it’s obvious what they have done to the games, I know 23 people who play here and not one has even come close to winning anything, let’s show them they aren’t the only casino out there, and show them what GREED gets them, boycott cafe.
