Hi! I haven’t received my 15000 rewards points for the second week in a row. I got my 25 spins but not the points. 2 days ago I spent over an hour in the chat and was told they were issued but would take 24 hours to appear which they did not. I then spent another 30 minutes only to have my chat disconnect.
Last week after about an hour in chat they resolved the issue but this week I am getting the run around. I never have to even inquire about my rewards on sister sites and don’t understand why I am here. Especially since I STILL haven’t gotten them. @mods please help!
