I Don’t think it even matters how many spins you get because you never win anything off this. I’m not trying to get free stuff all the time but I’m not a big fan of the wheel.
Last week I never got to spin the wheel once after my $30 deposit. Wheel wouldn’t work. Talked to support multiple times and they said it was fixed but I would have to deposit another $30 for the wheel to work. I deposited over $30 yesterday and the wheel still does not work for me. Unbelievable. Feels like a total scam. I’ve deposited over $30 twice and my wheel still doesn’t work. And of course they’ll tell me the same bullshit about clearing my cache and trying a new browser. I’ve tried everything. Total scam

Hi! I haven’t received my 15000 rewards points for the second week in a row. I got my 25 spins but not the points. 2 days ago I spent over an hour in the chat and was told they were issued but would take 24 hours to appear which they did not. I then spent another 30 minutes only to have my chat disconnect.
Last week after about an hour in chat they resolved the issue but this week I am getting the run around. I never have to even inquire about my rewards on sister sites and don’t understand why I am here. Especially since I STILL haven’t gotten them. @mods please help!

These are only added once per week Monday-Sunday. It isn’t added every deposit unfortunately. A new deposit this week will now yield more spins and points.

These would unfortunately be expired as of Sunday of that week if talking about the crypto promotion.

On our end it doesn’t seem that you have these benefits as part of the program and that you seemingly are removed. You can check gthe program when logged in and what you receive HERE.

We unfortunately don’t see you as choosing a bonus to redeem. Note that we could have looked into a manual exception but you’ve used the funds already. Next time if you message us prior to using them we can likely add them afterwards.
