@Walter a chat agents manually added my spins/reward points after seeing my issue was escalated last week with no resolution. I made a qualifying deposit after that, later on in the week, on 3/2 and still no spins/reward points

Wonderful promotion right? SMH. All i can say is dont even waste yor time trying to spin. Ive spun this stupid wheel 20 times and never gotten more than 3 spins and never won a single penny.

You are still with timeframe to receive the rewards, then can take up to 48 hours from the deposit time to credit into your account.

I like the old bonus more , I always get 1 spin. It comes in 20 minutes as stated. but a lot of work for 1 spin thatās always a loser

I got one spin then 10 spins twice, but not a single win. What an absolute joke. As if a single win at .20c is gonna do anything for me anyway yet they still canāt give it to me.

Then I contact chat again and speak to one agent who says I donāt get points and should use this āwheelā which I know nothing about nor was ever notified of a change to my crypto exclusive bonuses. So many LIES. Why? Runaround from everyone passing the ball around. Why canāt I just be issued the points and spins as Iām supposed to since it sounds like NOT everyone gets this hypothetical wheel that everyone seems to hate?!

@Lisast the wheel is not offered to your account. You are in the program and receiving the benefits. This week you need to make a qualifying deposit of $30.
4 days later and still nothing about the escalation that supposedly happened. Iām still waiting to be compensated for my deposit from back on 2/23!!! I will not deposit again until thatās taken care of. Now what the h***is the issue?
