You either have access to the $30 wheel or the $50 wheel, not both.
This is something that is set on accounts, so even of you deposit $50, you will still only give you access to the $30 wheel.
Jeez, the prize wheel has been absolutely horrid for months now. Everyday, 750, 500 or 1000 points. I canāt get anything over that anymore.
Need help with my daily prize wheel. I deposited the 30 or more and they told menit had to be 50 dollars now that they changed the promo. I sent the CS rep a screenshot showing my home page with promotional bonus wheel and when i deposited my money with crypto and he still told me he couldnt help me at all. My bf has cafe casino as well and he deposited the 30 the same night as me and got his wheel spins with no problem.
Did they ever help you? Cause the same thing happend to me. My bf did the crypto 30 deposit same night as me and he got the wheel and i didnt . Customer service told me exact same thing as you. No help, no compensation, nothing. So i am shocked to see your same situation!!

Is the daily prize wheel on $50 for three days? I dont see any better than $30 for 7 days, i see same reward point for $50 wheel as like $30 wheel and sadly for three days only.
I remember when the notification came out fir this change says $50 for threevdays but with bigger reward points but not so.
Is there any way to get back the $30 wheel for 7 days?

Please note that these changes are made at the discretion of the Marketing department. Iām truly sorry but at the moment in order to receive the Prize Wheel on your account, you would need to deposit $50.

I am in the same boat. Deposited 55ish at 4 am this morning. Itās now 1pm and I still cannot access the wheel. I chatted with customer service was no help. I created a post earlier, which was turned into a personal message and I was told it was being looked into it, but who knows how long this is gonna take. All I know is my page for information about the wheel shows that $30 minimum is required and I get seven days so if somebody comes back at me and says Iām only getting three for a $50 minimum deposit I will lose it. My girlfriend used to play a lot at this casino and had issues upon issues with promotional items that were advertised not being given. Even with those issues she said that customer service and moderators in the forum were a lot more available ā¦ now it feels like you can hear the tumbleweeds blow down the abandoned roadā¦ I also find it highly suspicious that thereās next to zero posts from actual customers. Everything is basically Cafe casino. For anybody who doesnāt know what that means, it is because cafe admin/ moderators are removing your messages and turning them into personal messages to make sure that other potential customers donāt see your issues.

Correct as you can see I was unable to use community for some reason until reinstated sometime in past couple weeks. I did attempt to use wheel without it working and tried to communicate with cs about issue in chat
