Anybody else’s points go down instead of up like my photo below kind of dumb looking I don’t know it just started about 2 weeks ago
Hi, @nvncbl20, perhaps no one else is experiencing similar, but just to confirm, you are referencing the fact that the meter isn’t properly reflecting your Lifetime Points, right?
I got any email for 2000 free perk points aswell and can’t even claim it
Just contacted cs again and every answer is we have to escalated it…so now I have 2 escalations that will never get resolved….my first one was on the 10/11 and still no answer and I got an email for 2k points and I can’t claim it and now it has to be escalated…loltf
