Yep. They stop giving the rewards pointsback or “little gift” once you make a withdrawal. Then, beginning with the date of your last “little gift”, they use your total deposits over total withdrawals to calculate your “eligibility” for that perk or gift. Why it bothers all of us so much is because that timeframe often differs WILDLY from our lifetime total deposits over total withdrawals with the casino. It’s further infuriating when the same measurement is applied to freeplay or exception bonuses with giant playthrough requirements. And then saying that “it’s at their discretion” and not being straight up and transparent about the calculations is just gaslighting us as customers. I mean honestly if they were like “we haven’t profited off you enough in the last 7 days” I probably wouldn’t feel so insulted. But then again, I’m still here, ineligible for nearly everything, and handing over my money, feeding the monster we are all so furious with.

Hi, I’ve been playing here solid since 2018, and this past 2 years about every other day. However, it seems the more I play and lose, the less I get emailed Perk Points? I did the research and it shows that when I was playing 3-4 times a week back in July of last year, I was emailed the largest amount of Perk Points ever, 206,000 points! From that July backwards I was getting 85,000 points on average emailed at least TWICE a month! With one month receiving points 4 times!! That was what made me decide to reduce my play at the number of online casinos down from 5 to 3 with Cafe as the #1, because I truly felt loyalty as an appreciated Client. So much so that I made the effort to deposit to Cafe on average 7 times or more a week as of Jan 1st 2022. AND, trying to play EVERY single day (give or take 1 day or so a week). Yet it shocks me that I’ve only received those valuable Perk Points on average 1.25 Times a month since Jan 1st??? In fact, I’ve had one of my worst losing months this past 35 days or so, and lost close to the most I’ve ever lost in a that time period. Yet the last time I received Perk Points was March 6th??? I thought increased loyalty would receive increased loyalty reciprocated? Forgive me if it seems like I’m whining, hey I don’t mind losing, it comes with the territory, but it seriously seems like the more I lose, the less Perk Points are rewarded. Your CS reps are the best in the business, and I’m sure they’d vouch for me that I don’t get upset about the losing, as the inquiring is to ask them why the frequency of Perk Points has declined even with the increase in deposits and losses. Even when they relay bad news about bonuses or decline to ask the Promotions Team to look at my increased play so perhaps they’d see Perk Points have been significantly earned, even with them giving me bad news I still will give them a 4 or 5 star rating because they are so friendly. Bottom line, I’d like to reduce the online play down to 2 casinos, and it’s because of those incredible CS reps that I stay even more frustratingly loyal, but it sure would be nice to see loyalty reciprocated and to scale equivalently to my increased deposits, play, and losses. Iv lost the last 15+ deposits, I havnt received perk points in months, gotten 1 cash back outta my 15+ deposits iv busted on. This place has gotten very greedy and they don’t show any customer appreciation anymore. Iv been playing here for about 3 or 4 years now, over the years this casino has gotten worse and worse with showing customer appreciation. I no longer am gonna deposit here, I’m gonna go look for a casino who actually cares about there players and doesn’t say hey looks Like ur winning this month so we’re gonna punish u for the next 30 days, even know lifetime deposits is insanely huge and withdrawls are maybe 25 percent of my deposits. Yeah this place seriously needs too undergo some serious changes or it’s gonna end up losing all there players.
@DreamzEnd regarding those specific rewards its always been based on activity since the last time you got it. If you withdraw 10k and then make 10 $15 deposits; you still withdrew 10k and deposited $150 so wouldn’t be eligible.
But at the same time, I think I would prefer to have more withdrawals then deposits as opposed to the other way around just to be eligible for a the perk points bonus

Yea that little gift always comes after a deposit is made for some reason. It should come after not playing for a day or two that would be a gift because maybe that person has run out of gambling funds until next time budgeted funds are available to play with. Buuuut what foes logic gave to do with anything

Yes, I agree!! I’ve gave them thousands and have even won big, and turned around and gave it all back to them! This $100 here and there is ridiculous. As soon as a issue I have with them is resolved, I’m deactivating my account. There are other places I’ve tried, and are better then this one!!!
