Once again last week I made multiple deposits for $39.00 $58.00 $43.00 and $63.00 and this week all I got was a bonus that I had to make a deposit to receive the 15000 points . This IS NOT WHAT IS ADVERTISED. When I talk to customer support it’s always some reason why i didnt receive the rewards and spins on top of that some of them are rude and one tonight had the nerve to say well you keep asking for free spins and points. No I’m asking the casino to keep up the promotion they advertised! Anyone else have the same problem?

You need to deposit at least $30 in a single transaction for the bonuses to activate.

Hi everyone, there are some really good questions here and I just wanted to summarize the answers
• You are only required to select ‘Upgrade Now’ button once.
• Once you select ‘Upgrade Now’ for the self-locked program it’ll take approximately 72 hours to complete the upgrade.
• free spins and rewards points will be issued within 48 hours of a qualifying deposit ($30 or more, not cumulative).
• It’s important to note, if you make the qualifying deposit on a Sunday, you will be credited the free spins and reward points by the upcoming Tuesday.
• You can only be credited with the Free Spins and Rewards Points once per calendar week.

Made a $30 bitcoin deposit yesterday morning. I received my 15k perk pts right away. I still haven’t seen or heard anything about my 25 freespins for making a $30 BTC deposit as a BTC Exclusive member. I feel like I make that deposit I should be able to claim what I’ve been promised right after said deposit. Not 24hrs later, possibly more, if at all. Plz someone find my 25 freespins.

As mentioned above, when making the qualifying deposit, the spins and points can take up to 48 hours to be issued and this is clearly stated on the program page here. If after this timeframe you’ve still not received the spins we’ll gladly look into this for you.
Ty , Phillip for the info. I jumped the gun alittle. It’s probably none of my business but, I would like to know the process behind why it could take 24 to 48 hrs to issue the pts./freespins. It’s never took this long before. I don’t doubt they will be issued to my account within the 24/48 hr. timeframe. GL all ,stay safe!!!
Unfortunately these aren’t specific details I can provide. There is an automatic issuance in place and it likely has to confirm multiple accounts which is why it takes some time. I wish I could provide more information but it’s something that the marketing team has in place at their discretion. That being said, I will definitely keep updated on it and if you do run past the timeframe we’ll circle back and make sure you get it.

Are there any updates on when we will be receiving the cash back award this week? I’m not sure what’s going on and why I haven’t received it yet.
That doesn’t make any sense. Those withdrawals were made weeks ago on 9-14 and 9-17.
@NOMAD777 Yes, but you won’t be eligible for the cashback bonus again until the deposit total exceeds the withdrawal total again.

@TJWash, Note the spins and points can take up to 48 hours to be issued and your still within this timeframe. If you do fall outside this and still haven’t received either benefit, please let us know and we’ll look into adding them for you.
ok… I believe its now been 48 hours… or very close… and iof you check the history on my account… you will se that when its not on within 2 to 20 hours, it doesn’t go on… so please add if you can… and iof I’m oneh hour of the 48, and you must wait, please make a note and add it then if yiou can… I am the customer… and don’t need to be checking and reminding… nothing personal, as you have been great phillip… but have had too many problems here, and just dread everytime have to watch for a bonus. and then ask and ;then wexplain… ok… thnks in advance for handling this,
