I have a question if you don’t mind… I have make bitcoin deposits exclusively to all casinos now that I have a wallet. I am very happy so far with this type of payment. Is it true that it should make for seamless problem free withdraws? why I ask is because I won a very small amount at another casino and they have asked for tons of documentation not only from me but my roommate as well and I am a Bitcoin depositer. They keep saying they want verification of my residence and I have exhaustively stated time and time again I have no bills I live with a friend. so I don’t have rental agreement, utility bill etc. It’s been almost 2 months and I have no withdraw. what actions do I need to take?

Also, you don’t need to deposit $30 in order to become a BTC Exclusive member, but this is the minimum deposit you must make weekly to qualify for the benefits. We do see your already a part of the program on review.
