Hi so on April 19th I claimed a bonus in my rewards tab for 25 free spins on 777deluxe and they arent loading into my game. These were not spins i won from the wheel, this was a bonus i had to claim. I claimed it and it did not work and wouldnt load ibto the gane. I spent hours talking to chat to get this resolved and they ended up telling me there was going to be an escalation and that it would take 24 to 48 hrs to fix . It still has not been fixed and im getting pretty mad about it. Can you please figure this out for me because i want to olay my bonus.
Hi, this was escalated by CS to be looked into. Apologies for the time taken with this. but the 24-48 hours is merely an approximation, and they deal with issues on a first come first served basis. CS will reach out to you as soon as they have any updates for you.
Yeah they keeo saying this but why cant they jjst reissue the spins or give me a free chip or something ??? I mean its pretty easy fix i cant understand why its taking so long. Can yoh please see if i coukd have some compensate for the long wait ? Ive been a player here for many years and just feel like im not being taken seriously.

Well can you check to see if i could just be granted an exception for a free chip just to atleast extend my gameplay. Every time i deposit here my momey is gone so fast … i dont want to make a deposit until some kind of bonus happens because i dont want to be treated unfairly. To be honest this casino is making me feel very uncomfortable and ive been here for like 5 years qnd spent a lot of money here and lost most of the time

Any other online casino would have fixed this problem immediately, for some reason cafe just wants to make its players wait and wait until it seems like they might jjst forget about their escalation all together. Why is if this way ? And towards people who have habded over thousands upon thousabds of dollars … i dont find that fair whatsoever

They do nothing when they are at fault they escalate the issue, or say they do then nothing happens - this casino is the only one that will make you beg for an exception and then shoot you down for asking - they like to rip people off - you’re right any other casino would gladly credit a bonus or free spins for the loss - not cafe casino - good luck
