Why are all my weekly free spins bonus always for Fairy Wins? I literally have no luck in that game!

Actually the past month and a half I haven’t had any luck at all, it’s starting to depress me.

With my weekly Bonus’s, where every week I have been Constantly having issues receiving either my 15,000 perk point or my 25 free spins. My first deposit this week was on 7/9/2020 , the perk points I received immediately. However my free spins I have not received. I was told I was already issued the free spins but as my Transactions screen shots shows below (hopefully) I never received them.

Monika tried her best to help however for some reason getting my bonuses that I am supposed to be automatically given, I constantly on a weekly basis have to go through not just frustrations of having to try to prove I am not receiving them, but being told that they will escalate the to either marketing/promotions/bonus agents/my bitcoin account manager, and who ever else they can find. Then I am told someone will be reaching out to me within 48-72hrs about my issue.

Yet no one does! So I have to try to talk to someone again about the same issue! The same process, with most of the time ending up me completely infuriated and still waiting in my bonuses!

I’m just seriously sick and tired I have to go through this weekly for the past month now and it seems like it’s getting worse and worse.
I love playing on cafecasino but I’m seriously frustrated way to much to enjoy it now days, and I’m at my wits end dealing with this every damn week.

I know it’s not customer services fault for what glitches, or programming errors are occurring on your systems, but since I can only speak to customer service in chat they have been getting the crap end of my frustration, and for that I am truly sorry for my attitude and mean Weekly demeanor. It’s nothing personal on any of them so again I’m sorry.

Julian Hopefully you will be able to find a solution for my weekly issues and frustration, I seriously don’t know who else I should speak too or even keep playing on cafecasino anymore if this is what I have to go through every damn week.

For Free Spins, you are eligible once every week, and I see you used one issuance on the 6th, which is why you would not have received another this calendar week. You will be eligible again though on Monday the 13th.

Call and I suggest you check that again because that was actually from the previous week’s deposit that I gave it to me on the sixth and yes for that one I had to To call them to issue it to me as well. So I don’t see how it’s my fault that I receive my bonus free spins late and are you guys are not giving me my free spins bonus this week for my deposit for this week.

So the sum it all up again the free spins that I received This week on the sixth that you were seeing, was from my deposit the previous week which did not give me until Monday. And even then I had to call and ask for my free spins because I wasn’t getting them. And I’m sure you could look back on all the conversations I had customer service multiple times from this week from last week from the week before and the week before about how I have to constantly ask for my free spin rewards from my deposit from all the previous weeks.

I have been stating consistently but I’ve been having this issue for About a month now, and instead of looking back to see what my issues were To find a solution so doesn’t happen again, what everyone is doing is seeing that since I got my free spins on the sixth this week which is for my previous deposit of last week you all Adam automatically think that I already got my free spins for this week. Even though I made only one deposit this week which was on the eighth Are you telling me that I am now not eligible for my free spins? So instead of looking at my past months transactions, including my deposits, my free spins rewarded, my perk points rewarded, and the amount of times I had to reach out to customer service to receive either or bonuses And look at the bigger picture and see what it is that you are all doing to frustrate me.

The bonuses that you have all been talking about, have posted on your website and sent emails to all your loyal customers and patrons that if we meetYour once a week deposit requirements we will be Automatically rewarded with specific bonuses.

So for the past month I have made my weekly minimum deposits To meet your your requirements, and yet I have to hunt down my bonuses.

Seriously look at the past months transactions that I have made in the amount of times I’ve had to contact customer service and it will eventually add up to you.

I am still waiting on the points. that were to be o yesterday… if it happened to be a problem with one of your offers bonuses once or twice every 6 months that would be great, but as it is, I have spent countless hours, trying to get only what you have promised… I have now 18 and one half hours of chat, many emails… and lots of examples of how little I as a customer is thought of … I was spending about 3/4 of my gaming budget with your guys, but its too stressfull, a one to two minute hold is always 12 to 15 minutes, followed by a scripted answer, that clearly shows nobody even looked at my account… I talked to a very nice supervisor last night… she tolld me to keep checking back today, that nobody got the points…funny thing is, I think that may not be the case now… please help… just get my bitcoin exclusive club points on for last week, and I promise I won’t deposit again so I won’t have to go thru this again…it really seems to me that this is what you want… and the fact is, that is one thing a customer can’t win on… a business that doesn’t want there money… it would take two minutes to look and see what they have lost from me, just one person so far… oh grrrrr… I hate having to go thru this… love the site set up… love the games available… is so sad…

We’re sorry to hear of any issues you’ve been having recently and any misinformation you’ve received.

After feedback on the promotion the Bitcoin Exclusive program underwent a change last week where from now on all benefits are only provided when a qualifying deposit ($30) is made that week as opposed to the week prior.

As we see that you haven’t yet made a deposit this week you haven’t received your weekly benefits. These will be provided to you within 24-48 hours of making this deposit weekly going forward.

Note, the program runs Monday-Sunday.

I spent 2.5 hours yesterday with your chat folks… one hour with a supervisor, shall I post the chat here Phillip?.. she told me it would be on … this is bait and switch… you tell me your promo, you change it wihout telling me and I lose… no no… not right… you want this in an open forum, this is a prime example of the caring for your customers… until you formally announce the change, you don’t keep a person coming back here under the guise that you cget the promo by doing this, and then when we do you change it and so no, now you do this?.. announce, let us know in advance… isn’t that a bit more professional and Fair?

That being said, we do also see that you’ve already been compensated for the issue and the website and program page were updated a week ago to give players time to adjust.

I was compensated for being disco’d 6 times by your csr’s yesterday for over and hour… I was not sent an email of any update and your supervisor Kamesa told me it would be on today… please go speak with her before you go much further with this. I really think this is a good idea.

If your supervisors are not aware, how am I expected to me aware of it??.. I am so upset I can’t even see straight… you really need to speak with Kamesa E… or perhaps it would be better if I just post all the chat from yesterday here for you to read?.. As for the Exclusive promotion page, the wording below the chart containing all your benefits has been changed to

‘Requires a minimum deposit of $30. Please allow 24-48 hours after qualifying deposit for Rewards Points and Free Spins to be issued to your account. Eligible one time per week.’

This used to read as deposits for the week prior and has since been updated. you can also read this here when logged in.

That being said, we do see that this could have been communicated easier, and will definitely escalate this feedback.

Any idea when a deposit bonus will be offered that isn’t 60x play through?!?!

$600 dollars deposited and I got a whopping $12 in rewards and 25 free spins I will be using bovada exclusively from now on so long as they don’t have the same rip off system very disappointing I’ve been playing for over a year well good luck
