So since day one I have been a member of the crypto exclusive rewards. I’m freshly over the million perk point plateau and all the sudden they have took the rewards from me and without any reason or heads up I’m no longer eligible for the program. I’m really confused on how the higher you claim the rewards ladder the worse you get treated. I’m not bitching about losing money or whatever but the few perks we get I try to enjoy as much as possible and now they have taken thAt from me. Can anyone from marketing maybe give me a little insight or reason for this
