Hey so mine was missing as well but all I did was click on the download cafe that took the “wheels” spot and it says in the reading something about the wheel and I just clicked that and it took me right to the wheel and I got to spin it. I’m sorry I don’t know if that helps any or not realize now I’m rambling lol

As soon as you click learn more. The prize wheel phrase will be right there then click it

Hey gals,
A little late on the convo but I’m unfortunately in the same boat and saw this post. My issue is slightly different though in that I can’t get to a banner or VIP page or anything related to the prize wheel.
I’m on an iPhone. Chatted with support and did all the cache clearing they recommend. Didn’t change anything. It’s been “escalated” but I figured I would try the player forums where the peeps that are in the trenches everyday find solutions!
Any suggestions anyone has is greatly appreciated
