Deposited yesterday, how do I get the prize wheel? Don’t see it.
Why is this still a “PROMOTION” in the first place everybody hates it , it is complete crap . Besides whenever I signed up for crypto exclusive I signed up for the points and free spins. I didn’t sign up for no price wheel. Why are you treating your loyal players like shit so much? It’s bad enough that you turn the return to player down so much that we can’t even come close to cashing out anything and then you just make a mockery of everything and give us some piece of shit prize will that is worthless and everybody hates. I like playing these games here but one more loss and I’m done forever.

@Bellepal Lets start with basic troubleshooting steps. Clearing cash and cookies, or trying incognito mode or different browser may help. Please let us know how it goes.
I never got this new prize wheel or free spins and points i normally got why is this such a diasater now… i always got right away now it takes a week of complaining to get my deposit bonus…please add

My crypto rewards page says i get free spins and points thats false advertising…bait and switch advertising

Same, but when I called and said wtf to the issue she explained that oh it’s a mistake and there was nothing to be done since it’s not supposed to show us that. I
So the free spin wheel awarded me 3 spins on 777 but it only let me spin once! WTH??? Getting sick and tired of this BS Casino!!

I totally agree with you ive been waiting on a resoulution 2 weeks and a day and nothing and me like a idiot just deposited again today and receive nothing ive been as patient as 1 can be but enough is a enough. Like what are they expecting players to do theyll throw you a one time 20 or 30$ “player appreciation” bonus but that does not compensate for 14 days of spins not received and the issue is still not fixed. I guess it wont get resolved until a lerge number of players completely stop playing here im for one sick of cafe with this bs im a longtime player and deaerve better.
