The wheel is a joke. Out of all the deposits Iāve made, Iāve hit 20 spins one time and the rest is 0-5. Why is zero or anything under 5 even on there? Come on cafe, do better!

Would just like to give some feedback on the wheel ābonusā. Hopefully marketing and dev team are paying attention to all of these comments/complaints and re-thinking this idea. My experience with the wheel hasnāt been quite as bad as a lot of other players but it DEFINITELY hasnāt been good either.
First of all, the fact that 0, 1 and 5 spins are even on the wheel is ridiculous. Iāve personally gotten 20, 10, 5 and 1 since starting the bonus a few weeks ago. Multiple times Iāve won nothing from the spins, even with 20. Itās NOT a good bonus at all. Iām curious if anyone has hit the bigger numbers like 100, 200 or 1000 and if so, what weāre the spins like?
My humble suggestion would be to start the spins at 10 and up and make them .50 spins instead of .20 Thatās far more reasonable and gives us a chance at actually winning āsomethingā. That or just kill this experiment altogether

Probably one of the worst promotions in the history of promotions. Canāt access the promo to begin with and many times it doesnāt work. Forget about chat, lol, they donāt know what Iām even talking about.

Wow what an absolute disappointment to an already dissapointing promotion. I got my usual 1-20cent spin from the great and powerful bonus reel. I go to 777 to take my 1 free spin and to my surprise i hit the 777 bonus. Guess what ,free spin is over and the bonus on 777 is not honered. I dont get the bonus free spins on 777 even though i hit the ??? Bonus on the spin. I mean WTH? What a joke. I was going through the motions of taking my free spins on 777 but now that i know the bonus round is not honored on the game i wont wasted my time. SMH

Why do they even have 0 or 1 as an option to winng on the wheel. Iāve tried to give this promotion a chance and Iāve land on 1and 0 90% of the time. Have won more tgen 20 spins. Seriously wgat are our odds on this and why did it say how many spins I won under the wheel before it stopped spinning the other day? Seems to me you guys have already determined how many spins we get and the wheel is completely bullshit and doesnāt effect how many free spins we are too recive.

I just realized max payout for this bonus reel is 1 dollar per spin. Im not gonna wasye any more time on it.
