I didn’t get mine either. The 1st day it was almost instantly credited. Last night I spun at 12:15am and it is now 4:35pm and nothing.
Yeah this wheel is SO RANDOM!!! 3 of 4 spins so far I got 1,000 reward points that gave me a whopping $0.80!!!

What do you mean ??? Im wondering cause i play everyday and all you have to do is click on the banner on the main page and then you spin the wheel for the next 7 days. But if you deposited if log out and wait a little bit and log back it should work .my point is that ive never gotten a notification telling me that i could go ahead and spin i have gotten the one that says the spins i won were ready to use but ive always had to log out amd back in inorder to see that message but now that the free spins for the delux game have been changed to spining for rewards point and they go strait to your account and dont give you a message.

This wheel is already a shit show. i didn’t get my points from last night. it’s the specials in the marketing department to tell me that I got the points. not checking that I received the same amount today. soooo is this a 2 for 1 special? spin twice and we’ll give you one of the amount you spin? Then Customer service can do what when there’s a problem?? Nothing!! Crazy part is it took how long to put the stupid wheel back? a month or 2 at least and this is the best thing y’all can come up with??

I feel something is better than nothing, you never know you could always end up hittin 100,000 or even 500,000 either way it’s still a straight come up. I feel the new wheel is an awesome perk.

3000 points from today’s wheel or yesterdays.
I spun on 4/13 at midnight, won 50,000 credited instantly, spun at midnight on 4/14, won 50,000, never credited. I spun at midnight on 4/15 won 3,000, credit instantly. I spun for 50,000 on 2 different days and only got it 1x. Whatever. I’m over it.

The wheel is sooooo rigged. I spun 5 straight days and got 750 points EVERY day!
The wheel “randomly” gives you points based on the amount you deposited.
Cafecasino, why don’t you get rid of this ridiculous wheel and offer some real incentives. This is why i deposit here much much less than your sister site starting with B.

What do you mean it took a month to put the wheel back the wheel was available the whole time it said that it was gonna have new prizes all you had to do was click on it. And i think its better cause atleast your guaranteed a prize in comparion of before the spins sometimes you wouldnt win anything on them and even when you did it had a like a 40x playthrough now the you only have a 10x play through and thats alot more doable even with a few cents you could win i seen some one say they got 80 cents well with that i would go to keno play 4 numbers and get 38 bucks easy or bigger money game its only 5 cents you hit the bonus easy on that game the problem is you aint even trying i for one dont play with coupons yes i like my rewards points and i love the challenge of coming up from pennys to dollars to hundreds.

I like it i keeps seeing all these people whining about the wheel but just wanted to say it is better because it has a smaller playthrough requirement its actually better i dont think that they relize that part.

@Bibivan11 That isn’t entirely accurate. Some coupons have a 20x and even a 40x playthrough. Just check the terms and description, it’s stated there plainly.
My complaint is that the wheel ISN’T random.
You have a higher wheel reward if you deposit more. This is the same thing with the previous wheel.
I don’t play keno, but i doubt any casino game is just so easy to make a profit on. If it was, it wouldn’t be offered by the casino. Thats what I’ve noticed over my 19 year casino playing experience

I’ve gotten 3,000 pts every day until today when I got a whopping… 500! I’d rather have the other wheel compared to this joke of a wheel.
