@Bibivan11 That isn’t entirely accurate. Some coupons have a 20x and even a 40x playthrough. Just check the terms and description, it’s stated there plainly.
My complaint is that the wheel ISN’T random.
You have a higher wheel reward if you deposit more. This is the same thing with the previous wheel.

I don’t play keno, but i doubt any casino game is just so easy to make a profit on. If it was, it wouldn’t be offered by the casino. Thats what I’ve noticed over my 19 year casino playing experience

I spun 3000 once, spun 1000 a few times, maybe 750 and oooh a whopping 500. thought the other wheel was a joke when I would get a 1 time spin or 5 times spins. I did get 1000 once on the last wheel and was stoked but by the time I got through the playthrough I lost my money…… Spend 30 dollars for almost nothing. It’s gambling so of course to be expected but…. Been here for years and spend a lot of money and love the slots so I keep coming back. I don’t rant often and my apologies for doing so. Promotions are greatly appreciated but atleast give something that is gong to be worth wanting to keep depositing. They should just go back to the spins they offered on Fridays on select games cuz that was awesome.

Been trash for me. I used to spin in the 20X-200X range fairly consistently on the old wheel which probably averaged out to a return of $5-10

Now I’m getting 750 and 1500 points which is a joke. They’re trying to push you to recoup as a bonus and deposit again. Not doing it Cafe, not happening…

I dont think thats true theres been plenty of times that ive deposited more than enough and the wheel didnt give me but 5 spins some times i have gotten the 1000spins before and i earned about 200 free play from that. But mostly average was 20 to 50 but the playthrough was to much even wining less than
5 bucks it had a like a 40 or 50x playthrough im just saying that atleast now with the reward points i think its better as far as the play through requirements are lower mine are 10x when redeeming them and you dont have to redeem them all at once either i got 15k reward points the other day from the wheel and i used 2 dollars here and there i find it useful to use the free play to find a game thats winning if a game sound gets louder or the music chages into a faster or difdernt beat that usually is an indicator that the game is wining then finding the demonitation its wining on is the next thing i loom at i start from the lowest bet and spin 2 times increasing my bet if i win my bet back on the first spin i stay on that certain denomination. And the bonuses ive noticed that you will hear a high pitched ding when it gives you the bonus on most games anyways i think i whent off subject sorry but maybe some of these observations might help you or anyone else so ill leave it on here.

Man I am beginning to become extremely frustrated with the weekly deposit rewards. They definitely aren’t anything in comparison to when I first started playing here at cafe casino not to mention the only online site I trust. My account used to always be eligible for an available convenience bonus. I’m under the impression that ever since I won that $10,000 at the end of 2022 the casino has limited my account somehow on accumulating any winnings. Mind you I ended up playing $4,000, of it back into the casino rather than withdrawing it. For example I deposited 4xs around a total of $500 the other night and won nothing I played a multitude of slots and a few would pay out a little here and there, which is expected considering it’s not a guarantee to win Everytime you play but what really gets me so annoyed and frustrated is how I’ve only received $3.50 and $1.50 from the ridiculous new deposit bonus wheel like the fuk! How you gonna create a wheel that ranges from extremely low bonus points to 2 outrageously enormous bonus points knowing the odds are slim to none of anyone actually landing on the higher ones. It is almost insulting to those of us who actively deposit funds and spend a decent amount of cash here at cafe casino. I mean honestly drop an occasional loyalty bonus into our accounts once or twice a month just to show us some appreciation for playing here. You guys don’t offer any type of bonus codes like most other sites offer, aside from the 2 usual ones I normally see in my rewards page. All I know is I enjoy playing here much more than the casinos here in my home town I rarely visit them because I prefer the slots you guys offer but I’m to the point where I’m about to request an account deletion due to the lack of appreciation for my business. I know I’m not a high roller that spends $1,000 a week but take a look at my account history I have spent a shameful thousands upon thousands upon thousands within the last 3-4 years. I do appreciate the self lock cash back bonus though, could give back a bit of a higher percentage but I won’t complain about that because that alone is an amazing perk. Anyways I just had to get this off my chest before I exploded.

I am about to give up on the daily prize wheel. It is giving me nothing the last few days. Always 500 or $1 so it’s not worth making a deposit to keep the wheel going. That seems to happen after playing for a while. I really think it is rigged to spin like that. I got one $50 last week, that was exciting, but after that the wheel has been offering nothing.

Ok I’m not sure if it’s anyone else, but this whole new wheel thing for points instead of spins seemed like a good idea. It’s terrible. The spins were not all that great but the points are disrespectful. Ive got to spin each day since the switch of the wheel and I have not got one spin that’s landed for more than a lousy 3,000 points. A measly $1.50. That’s on a good spin, it’s usually 500 points or 750. I used to deposit because I looked forward to the wheel and free spins, but this change is ridiculous and obviously set to not let you land on a lot of reward points and honestly is steering me away from this joint for good. It’s a slap in the face after the years and money I’ve spent here. Idk if anyone else has this problem or it’s just me but I’m over it. After these days of wheel spins are up, count me gone. Just thought id give my insight on this promotion and how awful it truly is. I’d much rather take spins than this crap, at least you get to play some and have fun, this is just annoying. Once you make an eligible deposit, shouldn’t you have 7 different days of spins to the prize wheel? I deposited both on Saturday and today and it’s telling you me I’m not eligible for the prize wheel.

Can someone look into this please?

It’s tell me the same thing and I should def be eligible so it’s probably a ghost in the machine causing this malfunction hopefully they will fix it. Guess I’ll venture to CS but then again maybe just voice it here and see what @moderators can find out for us.
