@spencerbrown2 Can you please try following troubleshooting steps:

  • Try different networks (Wi-Fi / mobile data)
  • Try incognito browser
  • Clear browsing data
  • Try a different browser
  • Try a different device (ideally switch from mobile to desktop and the other way round)
  • Check the device if its in roaming mode

Say I spin the wheel monday and whim 10 bucks and i dont touch it. Then Tuesday I spin the wheel and win 20 bucks. Will I have 30 bucks to play on or will it not let me spin the wheel till I finish the previous day bouns?

Honestly this is a terrible “perk” to begin with only 35% for a crypto deposit with 40 x rollover…. And to not get points added but have to do this awful wheel spin. 3 spins? 1 spin? Wtf. Been almost 4 days since my last deposit and I’m still unable to use the new bonus wheel. I should be compensated for the days I missed. No response from customer service after they escalated the case. Ridiculous
