Here is what im seeing. The first photo captures the error message that pops up and then disappears after a second or 2. Then the 2nd is what I see after I select the ok button. These screen shots are taken from incognito mode and Ive tried on 2 different devices.

Same thing is happening to me. It clearly states that after you make a deposit of $30 or more, you can spin the wheel 7 days once every 24 hrs. Well I get 2 or 3 spins then nothing but error codes. This happened last week and itās happening again right now.

Please add the 10 spins that i still havenāt received since i spun the wheel almost 5 hours ago. This is beyond frustrating. The way this is setup to work is absolutely idiotic. UP to 2 hours is completely false. I was told by a rep earlier to just wait longer. Really? Why put a time frame on these spins if it isnāt going to be adhered to at all???

So I deposited on May, 8th $40 and the wheel wouldnāt spin. I contacted customer service, twice, then my complaint got escalated. Then I received an email, mind you this came after me sending multiple screenshots of my error, that told me there was no discrepency on the casinoās end. Basically telling me that I donāt know what Iām doing and try emptying out my cache. But just as I told multiple agents, I had already done all that, I am a computer technician. I work on computers and I fix computers every day and Iāve done that for the last 15 years of my life. So now Iām told that Iām supposed to use a special link that was sent to me next time I deposit. What about the original deposit? Just supposed to bend over and take it? NOPE. I will not play at this casino anymore. No one wants to listen to me. I am offended that these people think that Iām that stupid.

Not a slot machine on earth using RNG would 1 in 58 times, i dont care how volatile it is. The last 2 days i hit 20 spins both days and won on 1 spin.
I should add that on Tuesday i spun the wheel but my spins never arrived in my account, which i was compensated for, but only after multiple attempts with CS. The $10 bonus i got came with a standard 60X rollover (what a joke). My point being the total spin count should be higher than 58 making the ratio even more lopsided.

The payout on the spins depends on the number of them. If you win 5 spins the max payout would be $5. If you win 100 spins the max payout would be $100. However, the max payout on 1000 spins is $500.
I think by now it should have reset for the day.
