Why as a crypto exclusive member am I receiving bonuses that canāt be used for crypto?
I also made deposits on the 26th and 30th are they not qualifying? Iām a little confused because for years I have received this same bonus ever since I signed up for crypto exclusive. But just didnāt get it this week getting bonuses I canāt use because I only have access to crypto deposits. Anyway 4th try if you guys canāt help me Iām over it.

I made the deposit and bonus didnāt go through. Then you proceeded to tell me that it was my fault because I spent some of it instead of calling right away about bonus. This caused me to lose $68

You had already received your benefits last week so they did not qualify for any benefits. Also note that your program benefits do not come with a guaranteed deposit bonus any longer I donāt believe. Can you advise what you see available on your program page when logged in or show a screenshot?
Look im confused why you guys arent understanding. Every single momday for a very long time I get a CRYPTO EXCLUSIVE Deposit match bonus. When i deposit using this i get 15000 reward points and 25 free spins. This is the 1st monday since the beginning of the program i have not received this bonus and instead some genius added a 200% bonus that i can not use because its a bonus that does not accept bitcoin. I am crypto exclusive i can only use botcoin so this bonus is useless. All i want is the 1 single cryto exclusive deposit match bonus i have been getting every monday since the inception of the crypro exclusive program. It would seem you had the 190% up to $700 added on Monday.
Please note you do not have to use a bonus to get the spins and points, they are added when you deposit.

Yes i used the 190 match. But pretty sure i got no spins or points. Anyway the whole reson i contacted ypu is because im not getting my weekly Crypto Exclusive bonus i was promised for signing up in the program. Instead im getting a bonus i can not use. But anyway ive talked to 6 different people about this with no answers and im tired. Going elsewhere. Have a good one

@Jb7048 last week you received your benefits on January 23rd. This week there is no qualifying deposit made yet, which wouldnāt trigger any perks. Qualifying deposit is $30.
@Bigmoneyreed the benefits are added within the 24-48 hours following the qualifying deposit.
It has been 24 hours would you please consider adding my perks manually?

We cannot add manually unless the timeframe is exceeded which is 48 hours.
Why does the time keep increasing lol. First it was 24 hours. Now its 48 frickin hours just to get something you guys made seem like the exclusive program was this awesome program that yall created. But in all actuality you guyās should be ashamed of what this program is all about and do something that actually fixes this 48 hour hold on the benefits. Is this a nank Theres literally a update every month and it still doesnt get fixed. That just tells me that customer satisfaction is really low on the priority list. Theres countless complaints about people not getting the spins or the points , hellā¦ sometimes its both. Its 2023, cars can drive themselves and pathogens are being created but cafe casino CHOOSES to be stuck in no manās land where cell phones just came out and saved by the bell is on TV.
