It should be instant not 48 hours. Why does it take 48 hours a lot of us aren’t understanding that.

That is the way the promotion is set to work.
So it could be set to different times? You guys act as a bank and you are placing a hold on the same payroll check a customer has been cashing for 30 years. It garners the question… Whats the point of that?
I don’t work for the marketing team, so I don’t know how it is set up, or why it is set up this way.
I’m sure there is a reason behind it though.

Hello I’m having the same issue I was told because of the new promotion the crypto exclusive membership perks have been removed
You received these last week already on the 7th. The program resets Monday and you have no deposits this week as of yet. Your deposits yesterday wouldn’t have counted unfortunately.
What CS advised you seems to be correct I’m afraid.
So I’m no longer a crypto exclusive member
So why wasn’t I informed that I was taken out of it and if I’m no longer entitled to the perks I’d like my card deposit option put back on my account

Well they said that the deposits I made yesterday do count and to wait till tomorrow … it happened last week and the CS person just added them on … so that’s three people with three different answers … which is fine I get it … it’s not you or them it’s marketing but it’s not like in askin for something that wasn’t promised to me in the first place

This new wheel promo is a joke. 3 days in a row, 1,5, and 10 spins and ive won exactly $0. Not a single winning spin for 3 days. This is by far the worst change made to the crypto exclusive program out of the 4 site family. Should’ve just ended the program altogether rather than change it to this crap.

@313to619 No deposits have been made yet this week. The week runs from Monday to Sunday, your last deposit was on Sunday.
I got to say how highly upset I am with the site. I tried to do the bonus for the $50,000 rewards points with a $25 Bitcoin deposit. Before Bitcoin meant any crypto except for today apparently. When I did my deposit for $30 with Litecoin it wouldn’t take it and then I’m told no it’s only for Bitcoin fine whatever. But then I don’t even have the $15,000 reward points or the free spins until whenever you guys feel like putting them on there. The whole reason I do the deposits the way I do is to get the bonuses when I deposit as of yet they’re still not on there I’m still not allowed to use the deposit bonus and now I’m out money I am beyond pissed
