I also agree. Even when the Wheel works for me I get nothing out of it. A moajority of the time ive gotten 1X and a couple times Ive received 20X and didnt win a cent. Frustrating especially when I play this site all the time.

@Bigjbrd This is my post from one of the other 20 threads about this insulting wheel promo from yesterday. I could add todayâs one spin for another $0 but it isnât worth the effort.
Donât waste any time or energy trying to find the wheel because its an absolute joke. I really donât want to call it a scam but what else would you guys think after this crap. Below are screen shots of all my spins since the 19th. No, youâre not seeing things, those are ALL zeros for the entire week. Not a single winning spin. The wheel gave me 3, 1, 5, 5, 5, and 3 spins. WHAT A JOKE. Iâm done with this site until changes are made.

Walter i hadnt upgraded my account yet on the 9th. At that time i had no idea what the perks were because i had never once recieved any. EVER. I seen the perks page upgrade button the other day and i read it and it said that i would get free spins and some points if i made a qualifying deposit and hit the upgrade button on the page so thatâs what i did. I did all of this specifically for what your page said. There should not be any reason why im not able to receive what it is that i signed up for. Period. Esp considering the fact that i see people on here who are getting what i signed up for. I didnât upgrade my account for any wheel. I upgraded my account under the impression that if i did so , i would recieve free spins and points on my account. You can check my account and see that i never recieved any perks prior to me pressing that upgrade button on the perks page that promised me 25 spins and some points. The fact that ive received no help in this matter is disturbing and soley the key to my deciding not to give them my service anymore. If i get no help for something to small and easy for them to correct and make right. Or how i anticipated. They absolutely wouldnât help for something more important. They went from my favorite casino , to the literal only casino that id advise against to anyone that asked.
You didnât have to do anything for the wheel to show, this was a change in the program for some players from the marketing team.
The program is subject to change at anytime, as you are advised when you sign up.
So the wheel is always grey does that mean I get free spins and points back

The approximate timeframe is 24 hours, but it can also be added earlier. We sadly are unable to expedite or intervene in the process unless the stated timeframe have passed.

Why was I never awarded the stupid wheel bonus or free spins or ANYTHING for my last deposit over $30 on 2/23/23? Sick of trying to get anyone on live chat to help me. Canât get an answer and when you do, Noone ever says the same thing.
So, again, why have I not gotten anything and when will they be credited???

Deposited twice last week, never got spins/bonus/anything - support said spins would show up on 24-48 hours (but never did). Responded to an email about never getting spins and they said it appears my case was resolved, but never actually was. I really donât want to wait another hour to chat and still end up with nothing. I understand the spins might not be worth much at all, but the whole idea of running a promotion and then having this much trouble is pretty frustrating.
Are you not able to see the wheel at all? Or it isnât working?
Sometimes I donât see it at all, other times I see it but itâs greyed out
Iâm afraid I cannot really speak for last week, as the wheel will not be available for you now anyway due to it being a new week.
The marketing team did respond to the escalation and said that the wheel was active and that you should try logging out and clearing data on your device such as cache and cookies if it was appearing to be grey. Also it is worth noting that the wheel would only be available 24 hours after the previous spin.
Yeaaa I tried that last week - checked multiple times within the 24 hour window to see if it was available and even tried a completely different browser with no luck. Totally understand the wheel is available once every 24 hours, but Iâve never spun it at all.
Just to be sure, the wheel shouldnât be active now, right? The maketing team said to log out/clear data (no luck last week or just now)
Edit- just refreshed the page and finally spun - for all my time and trouble I got 10 spins
