@admins - How the CC team determines if the player account eligible for prize wheel or 25 free spins/15K rewards points. Does this change for every player account?
My account had the previous perks and now it turned into prize wheel which is not favorable for me at all. I do need back the 25 frespins/15k points perks as part of crytpo exclusive program.

@treasurehunter9999 this is determined by the marketing team. We check the accounts and see which one is offered.
So hoe do you explain the change??? Under my page it says points and spins thats what i signed up forā¦now i lost my rewards and never got to spin wheel once in over a month because of an errorā¦I WANT MY POINTS AND SPINS BACK I ALREADY LOST A MONTH OF REWARDS IM BEYOUND PISSED OFF ALREADYā¦THIS IS FRAUD.

Unfortunately we re unable to change your perks. We apologize for the time taken to resolve your issue, but we did escalate to marketing and they are still looking into this, Iām afraid there is nothing much more we can do at this point apart from ask for updates.
I second this. Spins and rewards points over some wheel that doesnāt even work

@rnash329 can you please elaborate? Did you try troubleshooting steps? Usually they help.
- Clear cache and cookies
- Use incognito mode
- Try Different browser or Device

Well all i did was ask why my weekly bonus wasnāt there on Mondays as they usually ae. I still get my emails. Alway do my deposit and get 25 spins and 15k in pointsā¦ which is the only perk and reason i do this.
Well asked the emailā¦ and i made my deposit ā¦ no perksā¦ now a wheel which is meh to say the leastā¦ won 5 spinsā¦ used 1 of 5 spins and won $5 then it said no more spins as I reached the max cashout? What?
I sometimes would make up to the $50 in my 25 free spins then id spend my 15k for $15 of play. so this isnt worth a deposit or being Legendary 3.
I should have never inquired about the email .

Yeah I only got one spin off the wheelā¦ Think Iām done depositing on here because the points and spins were the only reasons I was depositing. My deposit bonuses always suck. 25% with 40x playthroughā¦ itās sad cuz I used to love this site. Hopefully enough people will stop so they will change it back. Pretty ridiculous.

And I got 1 spin again. Gotta love it. Yeah once Iām done with my ā7 daysā Iām done for good hereā¦ after years and years of the bonuses getting worse Iām finally done. They are really gonna run everyone off. Like most of the players lose on the free stuff anyway so atleast give us something that makes it seem worth it. I used to win about $1000+ every other month on these sites for yearsā¦ but now I havenāt gotten over $500 in the last 6 months or soā¦ and my last big win was probably over a year ago. They claim they havenāt changed the odds but I find that very hard to believe.

Hello, Iāve been in touch via both chat and email to try and resolve 2 problems that I am having, but no results. Two days ago I attempted to claim free spins in my rewards center. After I clicked on the claim button, it confirmed I activated the spins but the spins never actually showed in my account. The transaction is showing up for the bonus, but I am unable to actually use the spins.
Adding to this, I subsequently deposited over $30 that same day, and did not receive my wheel Spin. I previously applied to be a crypto exclusive member. But I never heard anything back after I applied for the upgrade. So its possible I was never actually upgraded but my request will definately stll be there as a pending request.
Any reolution would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
