Thanks for the correction though I donāt want to put false info out. My point is simply thisā¦ this promotion is putting a lot into prospective & it doesnāt seem like itās a positive feature for promoting playing slots compared to 25 true and free spins on random slots not just one that seems altered for the promotion. Even though it may truly not be altered which Iām sure it isnāt but itās how it looks.
Nothing would change for free spins, The RTP on that game is actually lower than what you managed to get btw! So you did ok!

This is absolutely ridiculous. Iāve shared photos multiple times. this has been going on for too long. There is no reason it should be this hard to make my wheel work besides that you guys want me to keep depositing and never be able to spin. I wonāt be depositing on this website anymore so it doesnāt matter if it gets fixed or not.
@spencerbrown2 thank you for the screenshots. The issue seems to be solely to your account and we need to further thoroughly investigate it. Thereās no reason why we offer you the prize wheel and not allow you to spin it.
While weāre checking from our end Iād like to once again ask you to check these steps:
- Please run a speed test (speedtest.net);
- Try different networks (Wi-Fi / mobile data);
- Log out and log in again;
- Try incognito browser;
- Clear browsing data;
- Try a different browser;
- Try a different device (ideally switch from mobile to desktop and the other way round);
- Check the device if its in roaming mode.
@moderators is it possible to be removed from the spins program and go back to the 15000 points and 25 free spins?? I really dislike that promo as well as literally everyone else

Guys we are going through accounts of players who commented they are still missing the spins, and they are being escalated if they have not already been.
We are deleting comments so we know who has been dealt with and who hasnt, so if your comment was removed, this is why!

I won 20 spins two days and did not receive them. Yesterday I also won 20 and did receive those
WOW! After I posted on here yesterday sharing my awful experience the mods somehow deleted my post! After over three weeks of depositing and my wheel still being jammed a chat agent finally told me Iām not eligible for the promotion. It doesnāt make any sense because customer service told me multiple times that my wheel was fixed and all I had to do was deposit to activate it. It turns out I was never in the promo to begin with and they were telling me to deposit for no reason. I have spent thousands on this site and do not appreciate being lied to. Itās incredibly wrong for me to share my experience and for you guys to delete my post. Incredibly unethical. you have lost a valuable customer here. Iād rather spend my money somewhere iām appreciated.
