I already spoke with CS via chat. They are not in my account at all. Not even showing up in my transactions. Every single regular player knows that it takes less than 10 minutes for the spins to load when working correctly. This is super annoying.
No i got my 5 free spins from the 12th i spun Yesterday and those weren’t added and I spun today and havent gotten them

Wth walter i just got a message that im not eligible for the prize wheel. After you take away my free spins and points now i get nothing…wtf i been a crypto exclusive member since day one…and after making months of qualifying deposits i get scammed out of my rewards. This is bullshit…
