@moderators for the FOURTH time this week, 7/29 spins havenât shown up 3 hours later. Yes I have done the troubleshooting. No I havenât contacted customer service because they wonât do anything anyway. Please escalate

Thank you. They were eventually credited. Iâm already expecting todayâs spins to not show up either. Itâs only been 30 minutes but this has become a pattern with this âpromotionâ
The âamazingâ daily prize wheel wont let me spin. It says i need to deposit funds, yet my last deposit was $75.10 on July 27, Ref: 631991696
Last i checked, that was 2 days ago, and i should still be able to spin for 5 more days!
I canât wait until your management replaces this nightmare promotion that is the most hated promotion ever!

Two hours no spins credited for 7/30. This is becoming a daily problem. When are they going to either fix whatever issue is causing this ir better yet, get rid of it. Iâm so annoyed.

Same here Itâs become a routine to have to contact chat and have them check and they keep passing the ball to someone else which will be more delayed and eventually it kicks in like after 3-4 hours
I just spun nearly 3 hours ago and it still hasnât shown up - prior to 3 days ago it was pretty okay showing up within 10 mins ?! Whatâs happening I swear it sucks to have to make us players wait like desperate fools
@moderators any help to expedite this ongoing issue that seems to be happening site wide would be wonderful

3 days ago, I spun the wheel for 50 spins. , they never showed up at all. 2 days ago I won 3 spins and it gave me 1. And I spun last night at 9:00 pm and nothing has shown up. Talked to CS 4 times about it so far. No answers or compensation other than itâll be escalated and that Iâll receive an email which I also never received(was told this 3 days ago when the first issue happene)
I have a similar issue. Is this how itâs going to be from now on? We have to escalate in order to get our spins added to our accounts? Iâm waiting on 200 spins myself. Yâall state they will be added within 2 hours but thatâs proven to be false more times than not. @moderators
They dont care just give up. Place has 0 credibility. Put out a promotion and cant follow through on whats promised on their end when we make a purchase. 0/10 will be going somewhere else. cafe casino is trash.
