so i cant seem to post in the wheel topic sanymore i guess cause your only allowed a couple posts. and i constantly have problems. anyway, its been over 2 hours and i got a whopping 10 spins from the prize wheel. could someone put them in my account please?

@Jklockwood, @boucherjess I’m sorry for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify for me if you tried troubleshooting steps already?

  • Please run a speed test (speedtest.net);
  • Try different networks (Wi-Fi / mobile data);
  • Log out and log in again;
  • Try incognito browser;
  • Clear browsing data;
  • Try a different browser;
  • Try a different device (ideally switch from mobile to desktop and the other way round);
  • Check the device if its in roaming mode.
