Please excuse my potential errors as I am new to posting in the community. I am not sure who to reach out to anymore. I am missing 100 free spins from August 8th and Iā€™ve been told twice that my issue was escalated. However, the agent I spoke with on the phone and another one in chat told me it wasnā€™t done prior to today. Do I wait again, and see if they reach out to me? I did that 3 days ago and havenā€™t heard a thing. Incredibly frustrating, and Iā€™m trying to be patient for a resolution. Any advice is much appreciated.

@Arnie, I truly mean zero disrespect to you, but this is absurd! I received my escalation email and they told me I am not missing any spins, but they are wrong. I won a 100 free spins on August 6th, 7th, 8th, and the 9th. I didnā€™t use my free spins from the 6th and 7th until August 8th winning $8.10 from the first 100 spins and $22.10 from the next 100. Mind you, I spun the wheel on August 8th in between my two sets of free spins winning another 100 free spins. I received an email stating they were available but they never showed up. On August 9th I won another 100 free spins and won $7. You can clearly see that if you follow the trail in my transactions. Iā€™m over it. 6 days Iā€™ve been going back and forth and they donā€™t even do the proper research. Iā€™m tired of trying to convince people to give me what was offered to me. Customer service is just awful and unprofessional. Also, the agents who spoke to me on the phone and chat told me they could see I was missing a set, but that they arenā€™t able to add them, hence the escalation. Do they even care how infuriating this is for us as customers? Iā€™m done spending my hard earned money here. Have a great day!

So, I made a few deposits in order to continue the prize wheel promo. The first few times I was not disappointed and got 100-200 spins, very nice. In this spirit I continued my deposits but recently my prize spins have returned less and less spins. That has been disappointing considering I look forward to those spins. At this rate my deposits will stop.
