Support is saying my spin on 10/16/2023 was 20 but these screen shots show it’s on 10,000 for 10/16/2023. I also have a screen recording because I still have the browser open that the wheel landed on 10,000

You mean yesterday? Because technically it’s now the 17th per their system did you get 20 yesterday?

Oh I didn’t think about that because I’m on pacific time. My spin yesterday was 20 but this one technically for 10/17/2023 was 10,000

Yeah that’s odd cuz I got 20 yesterday too but seeing as it’s now after 9pm pst their in est it’s
Now the 17th for them

@Walter i also have a screen recording showing the wheel settled on 10,000 I can share via private message.

Support says they are escalating it and I’ll get a response in 24 - 48 hours… :man_facepalming: I’ve been waiting for 2 hours to spin the wheel now I gotta wait 2 more days

This is what I’m afraid of when they gotta make you wait - it’s so uncool and I find it unacceptable

I’m worried I’m not going to get it now. This is heartbreaking to be honest I was so excited when it landed on 10,000 and now I’m worried I won’t be receiving this because they said they don’t see the spin on their end…

My wheel is just spinning trying to load so I can spin

@Walter it is apparent that there is a sitewide issue with this daily wheel thing - I would like at least for the support team in chat to acknowledge that and instead of saying to me there’s no issues is well… unacceptable and having to be told to wait for “escalation “ team to look into is just not cool

Appreciate you trying to get some answers now but / please don’t make us wait 1-2 days for an explanation- this wheel thing has been just an ongoing issue for a lot of us since day 1 and the least we can expect is transparency Just saying
