Uh wish we had the old promos back. At least the “weekly mystery bonus” at 50% is a step up from 20% but nothing like the 200% and free spins + perk points. :smiling_face_with_tear:

So 3 people in total have had the wheel land on 10,000 spins now that haven’t been credited…. Oh no…. This makes me worried they won’t honor the results of the daily free spin wheel now. I still have my results open in a separate browser. Wishful thinking makes me hope it will be honored still

Appears to be fixed and the 10000 spin option has since been removed and replaced with 1000.

So I got done chatting with support and as always - it’s like I gotta be the one walking them by the hand to explain what’s happening I get the “escalation “ wannabe solution - and agent insists that I should now wait to attempt at this spin wheel after 24 hours from last I spun!? Seriously ?!

Since day 1 this promo as broken as it was - allowed us to spin and then spin again the following day after the 24 hours has passed Regardless of the time of first spin Then shortly after CC made a change and spinning the wheel had us waiting till 9p pSt or 12 am EST to spin I am assuming it keeps things simple and more manageable sitewide?! Whatever’s it is - I just don’t like being told one excuse after another hoping I’ll go away smh :man_facepalming:

From the looks of it @Mcdowem CC is gonna err on the side of us being in the wrong of things and we just gotta suck it up :unamused: which is bull!

What’s this mean ? Are we gonna have to spin the wheel now that it shows 1000- and it’ll probably my land at the lowest I am not trying to find out until this is resolved - are you able to spin the wheel again?

At the very least the only thing I’m willing to accept is if they’re gonna give us some bogus excuse at the least give us the highest spin available which is the 1000x spin- it ain’t fair but it’s the least they can do right? Otherwise this is straight up jacked move and scam

This is an issue with the wheel itself, which we are aware of, the spin works as a slot does, and is determined as soon as you press spin.
The maximum spins obtainable is 1000.

@Arnie so just to be clear here. There’s numbers on this wheel that aren’t even real prizes. Along with that it doesn’t madder what prize you get when you spin the wheel? It’s just chosen to give us a low value prize?
