Spun wheel a few hours ago at 11:07pm Nov. 4th.
Won 10 spins
About 30 mins later I get the message for the spins, (seen below), but nothing is there when opening the game, not even hours later.
Yes, I do all the troubleshooting steps. Even restarting a couple times and using incognito mode.
I also found this confusing under transactions bonus section. (See below)

Yeah weâre all in the same boat and any support staff/customer service are hiding or oblivious to it
Itâs a trash answer. Congestion at midnight when the wheel pops, day after payday, same type of traffic patterns as you typically would see on any other Friday so same scale, etcâŚ
Basically, that CS rep just kicking the can down the road of âwe donât know but hit us back when the next shift starts so I donât have to keep answering youâ

Still nothing? I told chat support the fact that having congestion on the site is bad for our gameplay & shouldnât there be some a kind of announcement ?! This is outrageous

I have not received my spins either. I spun around midnight and received an email stating that they were ready and theyâre not there. I was told by customer service that I had to wait four hours which I did and they still arenât there. Could you please add them to my account?
We cannot add them unfortunately, there is an problem with the issuance right now.
I want the free spins I supposedly won on the prize wheel last night this is ridiculous! Iâve tried contacting customer service several times and it does no good!
They havenât been issued yet. There is no need to speak to CS, once the issues is resolved they will be sent out.

There is a delay with them being sent out, nobody has received then yet as far as I am aware.

Have a cocktail, smoke a joint, try and chill out a little. Trust me when I tell you there are greater issues in life than these spins.

So, will all of us losing out on spins be reimbursed? Iâve lost out o almost 400 free spins give or take. Chat is useless. Its false advertising at this point.
