ive had 7 3’s or 1’s in a row on the friggin wheel whats going on
I’ve had issues for a week straight. Iver 300 free spins lost. Never received anything or a reply. I just made a deposit a few huyrs ago and spun got 100x, wemt to the 777 and nothing.

They’re obviously having issues. I got my message with spins almost 3 hours ago but they’re not loaded (confirmed by chat - who are useless here btw).
The last time this happened at *(a different gaming site)*gave everyone 50K just for the inconvenience. Chat laughed me outta the room when I asked for similar. F it, not worth the hassle to play here honestly.

Best guess… issue appears to be related to their CRM software sending out a message confirming the credits were sent, when in reality their script/BOT/APi whatever tf failed to load so nobody got any.
The craziest sh… for me is that there are two @moderators here out of six people total and they can’t find a moment to speak up on the problem. That’s just downright sad.
same here 20x spins. got the msg but never got the spins. they will fix it eventually…

Was this resolved on anybody’s account by any chance?
Won 200x on the wheel, 30m later I get the red icon for messages. I look at 777 and there nothing available but the message says it is. Then the ted message icon goes away. What the hell man
