I have Had nothing but issued with the wheel bonus. Now they have changed it so that there is a screen you have to click on before to go to the wheel and on my phone it doesnât let me move it around so that I can click the OK and when I get on my computer, I can click OK 500 times and it still wonât let me spin the wheel. Iâve only been able to get the bonus one time in the past week. I donât know why they have to make it so hard, it seems ridiculous to me. It makes them think it supposed to be fun. Very frustrating.
Hi, my prize wheel gas been gray the past 2 days and i should still be getting the prize wheel. Guys this stuff is exhausting just trying to get the perks we were switched to. Why is this still a âPROMOTIONâ in the first place everybody hates it , it is complete crap . Besides whenever I signed up for crypto exclusive I signed up for the points and free spins. I didnât sign up for no price wheel. Why are you treating your loyal players like shit so much? Itâs bad enough that you turn the return to player down so much that we canât even come close to cashing out anything and then you just make a mockery of everything and give us some piece of shit prize will that is worthless and everybody hates. @Bellepal Lets start with basic troubleshooting steps. Clearing cash and cookies, or trying incognito mode or different browser may help. Please let us know how it goes.
