Ok, The promotion states,if you deposit more than $30 in a week, you get assess to spins on prize wheel for 7 days. I made deposit over $30 on 4/29/24. Went to prize wheel, it states I have to make deposit, so I do a chat session, they give $3 in perk points, without making it clear that was to replace my free spins. Said it was for my troubles. Well why would I settle for that, I have better chances for more on prize wheel. So I send an e-mail, to which they respond it been resolved with cs. I canāt believe what Iām going through for all of this. I go on community and you guys respond in the same way. Canāt you stand behide your word and promotion, and give me what I have coming.

Guys Im baffled at the disaproval of the new prize wheel. Keep spinning its not gonna give you 500 bucks every single time. Ive really never seen anyone happy with any promotion to be honest but to me this is better than getting 5 or 3 20c spins from the wheel before.

Last night I spun the wheel for probably a consecutive 3rd day in the row and it landed on 750 , I put it in my head that I wasnāt going to settle for that. 
took my fifty cents and went to another game, lol needless to say I withdrew last night for $231.00 it does happen from time to time. I really like the rewards points better than the free spins. When all said and done I woke up with a smile on my face.!! Thank you cafe

Here we go again, more malfunctioning on our "perks "ā¦ Deposited today and unable to spin the prize wheel. Missed day 1 spin, now missing day 2. Customer service totally useless and unhelpful. This is BS!!
