I received 4 sets of reward points… should be 7. 16th through the 22nd.
The deposit was made on 15th. Did you try troubleshooting steps?
Yes, i thought maybe it was a glitch so i refreshes and logged out and in every day. Chat support cant do anything so im here… its not an easy process to go through to track down rewards. Its not a lot in the first place so its super frustrating that it doesnt work and this forum is our only avenue.
I’m not seeing that you talked to support about this issue. When did this happen? Do you have a screenshot of the prize wheel? Was it grayed out?
It said i didnt have a deposit and I wasnt eligible. It looked like it looks after your 7th day spin
I mean obviously there is a whole thread for the rewards programs issues, ive had issues in the past. I mean you cant give me the spin back but at least add 15,000 reward points to my account.
That’s not possible I’m afraid. I’m not seeing that there was any issue from our end. I don’t see an interaction with CS either. If you could provide more information such as screenshot for example I could then further look into this.
So why would I just not give myself reward points? Im on it like clockwork watching the seconds count down. The proof is that the rewards weren’t credited because if it was working they would be on my account. I’m only asking for what I should hzve originally got nothing extra… geez.

The transactions and lack there of should be enough. I honestly haven’t had too many problems here that I thought I would have to prove that I chose not to reward myself?

So youre really not going to honor the reward program or my missing bonus even though you can see the transaction is missing? It was literally a few days ago and I didnt have time to do this. As long as I have played here and the amount I deposit, your solution is to be more on top of your technical errors next time and have photos for a LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM.
Why would you blame me for your wheel not working instead of be Customer service and try to make it right.

Did you have to submit screenshots of this to get help? I was told they wouldn’t honor my reward spins qhen the wheel stopped working on the 5th day because i didnt have screenshots to show it really wasnt working.
I was trying to explain that there is something wrong with my wheel but Walter didnt believe me. The wheel gave me 1500 4 days in a row which is no way random and constantly shows errors. @Walter Ive provided your “proof”. Please look into a solution for these issues.
I would advise you log out of your account and clear cache and cookies on your browser if you are still having difficulties.
I have deposited almost everyday for the past month cash and crypto and now the bonus wheel says I’m not eligible? Please look into this. @moderators @Arnie
I believe this was resolved now.
Once again won 100,000 on prize wheel and didn’t even get it and still being screwed around 3 days later I’m done here till I start getting what’s rightfully mine.
