So I’m confused on what’s going on I’ve been waiting for this maintenance to be over with right before all the maintenance I deposited over $30.00 and then maintenance started so I’ve been waiting patiently and now it tells me that I’m not eligible for it what the heck?

Yep chatted with 2 reps no luck…i hope everyone else has better luck getting their spins…when i look thru my history it shows deposit closed everyday for the last week but i havent even played since all this started…

So the prize wheel was down in my account for over a week so I wasn’t able to retrieve those perks everyday. Now it’s back up and says I’m not eligible, is there something that can be done about this because I missed over a weeks worth of spins because it was down?
