Seeing those low amounts repeatedly can feel discouraging.
From our end, we can assure you the Prize Wheel is randomized, as advertised, though luck can definitely run hot or cold. We’ve seen players hit all kinds of amounts over time.

@moderators idk if anyone has already pointed this out and idk if you can/want to bring this up to whomever handles this kind of stuff, but the instructions for the Prize Wheel don’t list “500,000 points” as one of the potential prizes to win. However, it still shows 500,000 on the wheel itself.

It’s been over four hours and I have yet to receive my prize wheel

I agree about the prize wheel promotion is horrible you deposit and all you get is 3,1,.75 and.50… dollars.

The issuance of available prizes is random.
I also see that last week you were issued various prizes including 750, 1000, 1500 and 3000, and 15000 previously!
Usually I get $2. Smh
The prize wheel has taken it’s course need to come up with something better. If you received 1k responses and most are negative then its time to reevaluate the promotion. The money you put in and only get 3,1,.75 or.50 is an insult

While the results are random and vary per spin, your comments, along with others, do help us identify where things might need improvement. Rest assured, the marketing team is always reviewing promos and working on new ideas

Crazy thing is their promoting the prize wheel even more, nothing but negative feedback here. My last 7 spins all $3 and $1.50. Disgusting! Besides the crap bonuses every week, going from 30% to 40% and back down to 25%, even when you deposit weekly. As I said it’s CRAZY!
