I deposited on the 15th but the wheel isn’t working today. Will it work again ? It says i have to deposit.
It will start again as of the 18th, due to the changes.
So I got the attached email stating that the prize wheel is getting BIGGER and BETTER.
So now instead of $30 we have to deposit $50 and instead of getting 7 days worth of spins we now get 3 days of spin!!!
Someone explain to me like I’m 5 years old how this is BIGGER and BETTER!

@Yvelle what is bigger and better? Please list that for me because $50 instead of $30 is not better and now only getting 3 days to spin instead of 7 is also not better. The only thing BIGGER is that our deposit has to be BIGGER.

So, I deposited over $50 earlier today and the prize wheel still says I need to deposit. Most likely this will be my final deposit but I’d like to see how much better my new prize wheel is compared to the old one. (I’m being snarky. Sorry.)
@Scottisfogg Keep me posted…I’m not depositing. I got an email awhile back that said my weekly bonus’s were getting bigger and better as well…THEY DID NOT. I literally have a 10% deposit bonus in my rewards section. So, basically they will give me $10 on a $100 deposit just to loop me into a ROLLOVER situation!!! The $10 isn’t worth the almost $4000 I would have to roll over in order to be able to cash anything out.

Ok so I just finished up with a chat with customer service and this is the rude response I received. Mind you, I’ve played at Cafe Casino for years and have complained maybe two or three times at most. So this response just about sent me through the roof.

I wasn’t asking for a comp. I just asked about the wheel. I think I’ve asked once for a bonus in almost 10 years! Then he cut me off. Like hanging up on me. I’m done. I’ll wait a bit to see this wheel but then I’m closing my account. I’m not paying people to treat me like crap. I’m not a sadist. LOL I’m stunned at this whole situation.

I totally understand the casino can change promos at any time. That’s standard in the industry . I was just inquiring about the status of the new wheel since it’s not working. You moderators are great and always have been in my experience. It’s the customer support chat I take issue with. Yes, I received a $20 from you which I appreciated and I deposited $60 right after. Kevin, i think his name was, in the chat was an ass, frankly. There, I vented.

Yeah you’re right about that… the point that I’ve made the Qualifying bigger prize wheel, but didn’t even get to spin it!!! Hard to trust what they say anymore. It’s always a battle or hoops to get any answer
I just want to say how can cafe casino advertise improvements to the prize wheel and then turn around and charge almost twice as much to qualify and shorten the period from 7 days to 3 days all with the same exact prizes just slightly shuffled layout ?
how dishonest is that ? wheres the improvement this was the only player reward i have been receiving because cafe picks and chooses customers for the better rewards based upon nationality or some other unkown metric.
very dishonest , no… a blatant lie that all customers here should feel spat on by the casino managment. if a business views its customers as so dumb they can convince them they are being given a benefit while acrtually taking from them that same buisness has low enough integrity a reasonable person can assume they would also be capable of stealing from their customers out right
