Looks like the daily prize wheel is changed and requires $50 but how many days and what are the reward points we going to get out of it. If i go to the prize wheel it still shows the old $30 deposit and wheel behind shows the current reward points from 500 to 500k. Curious to know whats new?
Hi @treasurehunter9999, the prize wheel can be available once every 24 hours for 7 consecutive days, starting from the day of the deposit and the deposit amount is based on your account.
I have the wheel that has potential to pay $1000 and wheels available if i deposit $150 or more for 3 days LOL - i have spun wheel for a while and it has extremely insulting spin each time. $3 sometimes $7.50 - how can i deposit $150 to get wheel and get shitty $3 lol joke joke joke….its random alright….

Three hours ago I deposited an amount I thought would be enough to active the Prize Wheel. Since it usually doesn’t take that long to activate after the deposit is made, I came here to see if there was a site-wide issue. Now I see that the minimum deposit to receive the wheel increased. Well my account still shows $30 deposit is needed right now, so maybe fix that…
I then read the fine print details and see that it changed to $50 minimum. After that, I checked the messages in my CC account and see a message about the change was sent. Cmon though…that isn’t enough. I feel like a modification of a promo/bonus I currently receive is important enough to send notification of the change via email.

Cafe does not care, if any of us dedicated customers are satisfied. They’re just banking on sucking new customers in.

I spent 4 text over 4 days, on the chat, every day they said wait 48 hours. Mind you my account still has $30 for 7. Finally today, told me new rules, never got notification or E- mail. I’m done here, take my losses and crap spins.Going somewhere else, maybe be treated with some respect. Not ungrateful like Cafe has been.

I still haven’t got my issue resolved
1 week and still no updates or response! This almost feels like circus now. It’s easy for them to take the deposit but not for accommodation or inconvenience
