If i have to Check with a Rep after everytime i deposit ā¦ā¦Thats a big Problemā¦ā¦. Id like to think of cafe Casino in a good light ive played here over 10 Years and i cant even get my wheel to spin after making a Deposit of $52+ and looking it in 10minutes ā¦ā¦ then i gotta track down a Rep which lately feels unobtainable

My chat just told me it can not help with this because it is $50 for 3 spins and that the resolution is final.
Then disconnected.
I deposited 30 twice and they will not help. I even showed them the screen shot.
Is this happening to anyone else?
Hi @MonstersPuddin I do understand your concern. In order to be eligible for this promotion, you will need to make one deposit of $50 or more. The screenshot seems to have a display issue as the promotion has been updated and communication sent out.
Yes and mine used to say 50 then changed 3 days ago. When it said 50 i deposited 50. It said 30 so thats what i did. It is not an issue for me to follow the rules. I have played here for years.
My biggest concern here is that it was not even a oh my gosh thereās a computer glitch thank you for pointing it out let us get that fixed no instead it was I cannot speak to you on this issue any longer and then just cut me off and disappeared that is not good business and it has me slightly concerned

I just went through the chat and was treated like crap by Rodrigo for asking about my spins as well-
Apparently they failed to update their marketing but sent out an email back in November, which one? I have no idea- Iām just relaying the message- they said itās no longer $30 to qualify, itās now $50 of crypto deposited!
Thats what I was just told by 2 different chat people here and I sent screenshots where it still says $30 deposit to qualify but they didnāt care. So, if anyone has a different outcome please lmk because I think thatās pretty crappy honestly-
