I believe you did already speak to CS about this, but there is an issue that is being looked into regarding the wheel showing the old landing pages
I did they said sorry. But honestly, it says $30 for seven days of spins. I think I/we should get that, you don’t go to a store and pick something up at an advertise price, and then when you go to pay for it, they say we change the price on that you have to pay more.
They have to keep to what they have advertised.

It would depend on what account you have, for your account it will be $50 for 3 this hasn’t changed, but for some reason it is showing certain players the old set up before it changed a while back.
You should be notified in there are any changes to this
How come you only get between 500-1000 points on this wheel but yet cafe wants us deposited 50.00 dollars just to spin this wheel if not like cafe is giving us big bonus I have not got a bonus from cafe in over 6 months or more its a shame I have to wait for the perks pint to add up to use them at the perk store to get a bonus… it’s should not be this way How you keep players from leaving you give them something to make them want to say and spead the word… what a shame!

The points from the wheel are awarded randomly, so the amount can vary each time you spin.
Regarding the deposit requirement, it can differ depending on the account. Some players may need to deposit $30, while others may need to deposit $50 to qualify.
As for free play, it is not part of a regular or official promotion, so it is not issued on a consistent basis.
I often think the wheel is rigged as well, mainly because there’s months in a row, (while spinning the wheel daily within those months ), when I get nothing but 500-3000pts every time I spin the wheel. But then I’ll get the 15k, 50k, 7.5k, and even the 100k prizes over the course of a few weeks. So the bigger prizes do hit, and it’s almost like they come in streaks. Also, now I can’t prove this, but it seems like I get the larger prizes on the wheel when I haven’t withdrawn any winnings from my deposits for an extended period of time. Almost like the wheel has pity on me during losing stretches. Just saying… the big prizes due hit, just not often…guess the randomness of the spins can also be based on certain prizes having larger chances of being hit within the wheel itself . Kinda like on the bigger cash wheel on the rival game ……

I never win more than 7500 perk points

The wheel resets at 9:00 Pacific time. You get 1 spin per day for 7 days. If you spin it at 8:55 pm Pacific time and wait 5 minutes at 9:00 you get to spin again. There’s a countdown on the wheel indicating when you can spin again. It counts down to 9:00 pm Pacific. I don’t know what time zone you are in but I’m sure you can figure out when it resets for you. For reference Pacific is GMT -8
