Easter daily offers

Banner on main page says there are new daily Easter promos starting today the 13th? What are these? Don’t see anything new in the claim/rewards page

same / sometimes i think these are just hyped and someone drops the ball forgets to update the system. it’s never 100% on point these guys

I have resorted to screenshots because neither customer service or forum moderators are ever on the same page and they will often doubt the customer on the offers their own website promotes

haha this post on twitter has been taken down. probably realized and forgot to double check if this bonus over even works

There are plans to have some Easter related account incentives added to players starting today through the 17th, we will try to get more information on when this will be live when the site issues are resolved. This likely is simply not added yet due to the more pressing site issues we are addressing at the moment.

I am not seeing anything either. Thank you @Phillip for your help.

I called to try to update my phone number since I can’t get through on chat and the last said they are experiencing technical issues and couldn’t get into the system… She said they didn’t know when everything would be back up and running so I guess that’s why there’s no information on the Easter bonuses yet

This is likely the case, we are slowly now returning to normal and have some access back to our account tools. I sent a ticket to our marketing team to see if there’s a response on when this will be sent out or when players will be provided relevant details onsite.

@moderators perhaps they should take the advertising down if there isn’t going to be any Easter incentives today like your own promotions banner states
At this point it’s just going to raise more questions and disappointments

It’s all a bit shaky if you ask me….

-Drawing winners never announced
-Only some users receive CashBack for losses even though it’s advertised by their own customer service as a perk for crypto exclusive
-Incentive promotions emailed and front page advertised but often not actually added or any specifics

I gave this place a shot over a month or so, was fortunate to end close to even and not down a bunch but it seems like transparency is lacking and forum support is limited. Will go back to brick and mortar.

Let me start by stating that surely our Moderators are in no way responsible for the multiple issues here today (non-functioning site and false advertising of free spins) and they are often unfairly used as punching bags by many in the forum. I mean, they do want to help you all out. That said, this day has certainly not been Cafe Casino’s best. Not only does the site not function for a significant portion of the day, but to add insult to injury, they have for days now been advertising an Easter Bonus that doesn’t exist. I personally noticed the banner several days ago and had been looking forward to this mystery bonus. Pretty deflating. Thanks Cafe Casino

Agreed, the moderators aren’t necessarily responsible for the site functionality but they are the mouthpiece for the company and often either not present or have no details to provide. Just a bad look for the site especially when you have a marketplace no one is monitoring actively. Not a surprise this place is often a ghost town, it’s of their own making.

yeah i was hating on that ad. it’s so misleading

the issue lies with their marketing team and possibly lack of communicating information to the team properly. and it’s unfortunate because the mods, customer support team don’t look too good not knowing what’s happening. It totally sucks for us players too and it’s frustrating. every bonus i’ve claimed via emails have never worked properly. it’s always needing to be applied manually or sent to some “secret team” to do further research.

it’s a mess but they do try to do their best to make things right.

but i agree- putting up ads that aren’t accurate shouldn’t be happening. it’s false advertising & not cool to lure us especially since it involves money.

I spoke with chat support and they told me that the bonus was added to my Rewards section. So I thanked them and thought if I refresh the page, the bonus would appear. I tried refreshing and still no bonus in sight. I think the chat rep lied to me although she was a nice woman. Can a @moderators please look at the chat transcript I had with support today and get the bonus added to my account? Thank you very much.
