So I got an email promotion that I qualified for. It was 75 spins on mythic wolf for betting 500 dollars or more but the live agent on chat could not find the promotional offer in their database and had to escalate the issue to the marketing team. I don’t know how they could send me an email and it not be in the database. Is this something that happens often to people?

They don’t really have access to check what was sent out, unless there is something added to the account. In this case there isn’t so it would need marketing to confirm it, and add the correct promotion.
