So late Thursday night/early Friday morning I checked my rewards and discovered I had 25 free spins on 777 available so I claimed them, went to go play them and as always they weren’t showing up and wanted me to make a deposit. So I got on chat me and Vladan tried everything clear cache, incognito mode, different browser, different device, restarted wifi, no wifi, etc. Still got the same message and no free spins. Well the issue had been escalated and Vladan said it could take 24-48 hours. I just havent received any feedback on that yet and, I hope that if I do they don’t somehow turn it around to it being my fault somehow as they’ve done in the past. I’m a loyal customer and I know it’s just 25 spins but some incentive is nice and at least makes makes me feel lucky I received one.
