I am a loyal player that deposits multiple times per day. I have deposited approximately $9,000 in the past 30 days. While I’ve accepted deposit bonuses and used what bonuses were offered, I’m voicing my frustration over the prize wheel as the main incentive and, as I’ve mentioned in that thread, is consistently underwhelming. Customer service chat agents are rude when I ask for a bonus exception. I wish there were more incentives to show player appreciation. I’m considering going elsewhere with my money, that’s for sure. The old answer to refer a friend is tiresome. Why would I refer a friend to a site where I’m not satisfied?

I’ve edited this post to appease a forum moderator who felt that I’ve earned plenty of bonus money and should not be voicing displeasure with the incentive system. I was told I needed to be factual, so this post is. It’s disappointing that a community forum is not a place where a dissenting opinion is allowed. I’m respectful in my post, and don’t break any rules.

I agree with you play and spin the wheel and it only give you 750 points and that sucks I have a freind thats get an 200 % bonus and a 100 % bonus and all I ever get is thier mystery bonus
And I too sometimes make a few deposit as well
But this is what they do they pick and choose who gets what…

I also agree i deposit and deposit and if my history is looked at i rarely withdraw even when up thpusands cause at times i just get caught up in playing and even though i deposit Thousands a mpnth and use the bonus to basically play and take breaks from my deposits it becomes a joke when they offer $10 or $20. when i first got on this site they would give me a few hundred as a bonus and i remember at least once them giving me 1k … this type of down grade makes me want to leave both of their sites

4 years here, 10’s of thousands invested , no appreciation for loyal gamers, bonuses are a joke, not to mention the random prize wheel. Moderators replys have no substance, like a broken record, deaf ears. No perk points for deposits anymore, no brithday bonus anymore, nothing extra ever. Because I dont lose Thousands a month anymore. Whoever manages this casino definitely doesn’t know how to schmooze customers.

It’s not a case of deaf ears, but there is nothing we can do regarding any bonus you may not be happy with.
Feedback does get sent to the appropriate departments when we receive it, and ultimately it is their head of departments that would make any changes if need be.

I haven’t been offered any amount of comp cash through cs for years. Eventually i gave up

Thanks for sharing your experience. As was mentioned, comp cash isn’t part of an official promotion, so it’s not something that is guaranteed or routinely offered.
