This is so frustrating. They know that people were tricked into depositing and now they claim that we are not eligible. I posted a long message here about this topic and they deleted my post and messaged me privately saying that I had to deposit $100 5 times in order to be eligible. Make it make sense
I have pretty much given these guy tens of thousands of dollars. The least they can do is recognize their mistake and compensate us in some form instead of making excuses and deleting our public comments
There are 2 different promotions here, depending on your account:
one is 3x $50 for a $30 bonus, and the other is 5 $100 for a $100 bonus

geez this promotion like all other promotions just suck!i mean why is it that every time you guys have promos, its’ always unclear and a difficult process. i feel like everyones always trying to figure it out - the verbiage is always questionable and it changes on the fly… worse is if you have support try to do something to resolve these issues, they make you wait “escalation” they call it…smh i made 3 deposit s again this week, and supposedly its to be issued automatically… and there’s No such bonus/deposit bonus to click and redeem… none of us have seen it -it’s just a banner on the homepage… its crazy how CC thinks we are making stuff up as we go, NO you guys do that. not us… what a joke
*also it’s always “Marketings” fault or marketing has to be the one to deal with this. This is insane. I am in Marketing, and this frequent issues with promotions is terrible for business, i mean c’mon makes marketing look bad.

I am talking about my three deposits on 5-30. And I clicked on the $30 bonus banner to deposit each time and I never got the option to use the specific bonus option because it was not there on the week of 5-30, as it was there on the week of 5-21 and this week. I just thought the bonus changed and I didn’t have to use any selected bonus because it wasn’t even an option and I still used the banner to go to the deposit page…

It’s kinda funny how they tell you that you are eligible and that your bonus would be issued at a certain time and date and then they decide that you’re not eligible for 1 week, but you are eligible for the next week. Even though you still see the banner on the homepage advertising the bonus. And furthermore, misleading people into thinking that the play through is 10 on the $30 bonus instead of saying “10x play through on the bonus funds” … I’ll still play here from time to time, but this kind of situation is pretty ridiculous

I believe the problem we are all facing is we are only gaining access for the promotion for one time on one week. When the description clearly states it’s a 5 week promo. After we use the promo, the following weeks after we aren’t getting access on when we hit deposit now, it’s not added to our rewards section
