If you are referring to the prize wheel, that will be a $50 minimum deposit to receive your 3 spins.

It clearly says $30 deposit to gain access to bonus wheel.
I also deposited $31 and havent gained access to wheel

Same issue im having and ive addressed this with chat and they still havent ipdated to site to reflect the correct information.

It has been sent to the website tech guys to be updated. Hopefully this will be done sooner rather than later. Your account however does require a $50 deposit to receive 3 wheel spins.
As a brand new player making their first deposit with the impression $30 deposit activates the bonus wheel because that is whats shown on the page. Dont u think that it should be honored because i was given notice of any changes or the wrong information was being displayed. @Arnie @moderators
This is something you would need to address with Customer Services, I’m afraid we would be unable to do anything in regard to this, as it is an automated process.
Ive tried and they do t seem to care or understand that im a new player. Any chance you can help out with an escaltio or something or note on my account explaining the situation

I did that only to find out its inaccurate and giving us false information yet its still being displayed on the website.

You should have received notification of the change to $50.
Unfortunately the website is still displaying the old promotion details for some players, and we are still waiting for this to be updated.
Things however haven’t changed since you were notified.

Actually even if people did receive a notice then come visit the site a couple weeks or months later and saw the banner pop up, many would think the casino changed the deposit amount again back to its original. But i guess we are all at fault for trusting what is clearly presented for us to read.
We get the confusion this is causing and sincerely apologize for it. Rest assured, we are working to have this updated as soon as possible.
