I’m hosted and I haven’t received my reward points or my 25 spend on Sunday for almost 3 months now. Vip department has sent numerous messages to that department and still nothing back and it’s been weeks and nothing is resolved. Please help.

I have been more then patient . I don’t understand how u offer a perk but can’t stand behind it . The dept (hosted VIP) has been wonderful from day one . With that being said u would think u could move a little quicker since it’s been on going for me for 3 months and u where notified a month and a half ago . Little lone I dint receive the daily spins either . Sorry, but just stating facts.
Apologies for the delay, I have checked on this and can see that the hosts are actively talking to marketing to get a resolution for you. Hopefully they will get this worked out soon.
