Perks Points Drop

I deposited about $2,000 this past week and I didn’t even get a perks points drop into my rewards after my losses. In the past when I lost much less I would usually receive some kind of reward. It seems like the more I deposit, the less rewarded I am. Also that new perks points wheel only gave me a couple bucks (nothing over 7,000 points) for the past few days. What kind of craziness is this?

@Simca1983 From what I am seeing on you transaction history, you received perk points on the 4/12/24
11:21:28 AM. Those points have also been redeemed and used in a slots game. Or are you referring to something else?

I’m talking about since then I deposited almost $2000 and I got nothing back. U can look at my deposit history

I believe these get issued on a specific day, you don’t just get them after you deposit.

The same thing happened to me this week. When I inquired about the the points not being dropped I was informed that these are not a guaranteed offer. So that even though I had made however many deposits over the last week I may or may not get the perks points bonus. They are awarded at random and I should keep checking for the next time the points get awarded. So there was nothing they could do.
