The perks store is empty and it usually has 5-10 items. I asked CS and the first agent said it was being escalated and then disappeared, while I was ghosted for 20 minutes. Started a new chat and this agent said there is no problem with the perks store and completely denied. There are always options there.
The bonus section, complete with weekly bonus, of course, is still there. I’m being kind because I have some not very nice kind of words to use about the weekly bonus.
Is there an issue going on with the perk store? Don’t see any promotions like normal it’s completely empty. If any moderators can look into this. Thank you Cafe Casino
